All the guys are so very nice and did everything I asked when leaving the job. Kenny was quick with quotes and helping answer questions. I could not be more satisfied with the job. These guys really are so kind and give you options on their service calls they really understand not everyone has tons of money. Great job guys I know if any problem arises in the future Ward’s Heating & Air is just one call away and usually same day.

They were very thorough with the inspection. Took pictures of everything so I could see what needed to be fixed. Set up repairs for next day. They showed up on time and went right to work. Took more pictures and showed me the progress as it was being done. Completely cleaned up after themselves and went over every detail of the bill when they finished. I have never had a crew this good. I would highly recommend them if you need any AC/Heat work!

They replaced all of my ductwork at a very reasonable price, and the quality of the work was outstanding. While working in my attic, they even removed and disposed of a dead rodent they found, which I truly appreciated. Accidents can happen during any job, and when a part of my ladder was accidentally broken, the owner, Mr. Kenny, immediately reimbursed me so I could replace it. That level of honesty and integrity speaks volumes. Mr. Kenny also took the time to point out other issues that needed attention — things I would have never known about — and gave me great pricing on those as well. It’s rare to find a company that is both knowledgeable and genuinely looking out for the customer’s best interest.
