Just letting you know you guys/gals are top notch. Ive been in this field with industrial electrical & control systems for a long time. Your appointment staff, scheduling and technician was very prompt, curious and knowledgeable. I love helping as I miss this troubleshooting work but I didnt have to. As our unit is newer and under warranty, the tech had the replacement parts in the truck and we got it fixed quickly. Waller did the system for my new build home and followed up with me to balance out the system to my liking. I was pleased with the installation and impressed with their quick response to rebalancing the system to my personal preferences. I would not hesitate to recommend Waller to anyone.
