Furnace and heat pump installation: I'm retired OSHA. I did process safety in oil refineries and chemical plants. Chanee and Jordan were today's technicians. I'm impressed with these technicians and the company. They came when they were scheduled and their work lasted as long as they said it would. Their work was almost artistic in quality. These guys are qalified and competent technicians. Any questions were answered or concerns by them or management. I highly recommend this company and their employees. Plus the company management told me that they would help me acquiring rebates for this energy efficient equipment..

Lane was great. He was professional, courteous and thorough. I appreciate when the service guys are good at what they do. I will say the cost of the job was very high for what was done and I will not likely use Walker again for that reason. 200 in parts and 900 for the 2.5 hours of install time. I am totally feeling taken at this point. On top of everything else, they won’t provide an itemized invoice of the cost breakdown. Super deceiving business practices.
