They get the job done. Revised review: We’re very satisfied with the work done on our vehicles—the team got the job done well, and we’ll definitely be returning customers. That said, the waiting area could use some attention, as it wasn’t very clean (there were dog prints on the furniture), and the receptionist seemed a bit overwhelmed and mixed things up during our visit. I completely understand that everyone can have an off day, but those details are the reason for the lower rating. We’re hopeful that next time the experience will be smoother, because the quality of the actual service was excelent.
