Viking Kitchen Cabinets, LLC

I would recommend staying away from Viking - their sales people and policies seem very shady and suspicious. Our builder was contracted with Viking Kitchen so we were told to work with them to pick out cabinets and counters. When we first called we spoke to Nicole who was extremely rude and acted like we were wasting her time. She was very unaccommodating with her schedule (we live out of state and had a 3 hour drive to the office but she refused to stay 1 min past closing). And told us she would send over detailed information several times - she never did. Eventually we reached back out to our builder and he told us to work with Xander. Xander was more friendly but when we asked him to give us an idea of how much the upgrades would cost on top of the package the builder was charging us, he never responded and instead spoke to our builder directly. Our builder contacted us and said that Xander would do a mock up of our selections and then tell him (our builder) what we wanted. After that our builder would tell us how much the additional costs would be. This seemed very sketchy (not to mention inefficient) like they're colluding and trying to up charge us as much as possible. In the end we went with a different builder and a different cabinet company that was transparent with their pricing.
