Experienced last minute mechanical failure with Ford F-150 4x4 . Were able to get me scheduled in and repaired promptly 1 day prior to a major road trip. However 2 days into the trip the installed parts failed and had to be replaced. Upon returning I explained the situation to Victory service agent who reviewed the situation and then graciously refunded my charges. Sincerely apologized for my inconvenience and extended appreciation for continued service. I was very satisfied and grateful for the assistance and resolution to the situation. Will continue to be a customer and would certainly recommend to anyone seeking professional services.

Customer service was incredible. Got me in on the next day . Dropped the truck off and they gave arise to work then picked me up after work but then the job got bad I didn't just need a pinion work but needed new bearing a ring and pinion the team got me a loner car got the parts and the repair done in day and half. The price was good . I was give price with regular parts and oe upgraded parts I am very happy can what to have the next repair with this team. Would tell anyone that if they have repairs here it will be done right and with the customer involved with the choices. James

My Wife brought my 2014 Ford F150 in for a Transmission Service and Filter Change. My Wife works there but I haven’t actually been in there, until the other day. We just purchased the truck and I was interested in seeing what it looked like and what I may need to get replaced if anything. I stopped in and the Technician that was working on my truck Erin was very knowledgeable and I was surprised how in depth the visual inspection is, from front to back, photos etc. Being a mechanic myself I was impressed with the overall quality and customer service I got while I was there. Easily the best auto shop I’ve been to in Grand Rapids. They’re fast, friendly, and don’t give the run around. They were even able to get my battery changed out same day during one of the last deep freezes. I would recommend them at any time for vehicle service

I will leave what I originally wrote, but after talking to the management I would like to change my review. in my original interaction there were mistakes made. But they do care about their customers and I appreciate that. I don't usually write reviews, but I thought I had to share my experience with the company and any potential customers. This was a horrible experience. With a coupon in hand, I asked the person behind the desk what the price would be for the oil change and he said between $60-$65. I asked, before the coupon?
