My ceiling fell in out of the blue and my insurance agent told me about Vertical 1. I now think they are the best company I have ever dealt with in Amarillo. They came out immediately and gave an estimate. Then once agreed upon, Jason and the team were on it within a few days. I am still in awe of how quick they resolved our problem. They are VERY professional and communicate with you constantly. Mark stays on top of all your needs and makes sure everything is above satisfactory. I will definitely tell everyone to use them for any house repairs or complications, they fix it better than it was.
We used Vertical 1 to remodel both of our bathrooms. They were timely, professional, and extremely helpful in getting our bathrooms done. They made my vision come to life for both bathrooms and stayed on top of communicating every step of the way with us!
