Igor Sirochinsky was awesome. He helped me with getting my ring fixed and refreshing the rhodium on it. The customer service there is very good. Venus was Recommended by a relative and I’m happy with the visits and purchase to date.

My fiance-to-be and I were complete novices when it came to engagement rings, but Johnny was a fantastic, friendly, and knowledgeable guide to help us in our selection. He and Jason went out of their way to make the whole process simple, personal, and comfortable. Will definitely be back for our wedding bands.

Five stars is not enough! My now fiancé and I went ring shopping and worked with Simone, who gave my fiancé every minute of her time. Simone showed us so many different stones, settings, lab diamonds and natural. When I picked up the custom ring I couldn’t believe my eyes! They work miracles for all kinds of customers no matter the budget. I truly feel we would receive the same service if we were spending 1,000 or 100,000 dollars. The professionals at Venus Jewelers now have lifetime customers with infinite referrals from us. This place totally beats every name brand Jeweler ever heard.
