Very polite, extremely knowledgeable & very honest & helpful. I took in a computer I had bought used. It suddenly started being symptomatic. I am very illiterate when it comes to computers. I took it in, they told me what the charge would be to look at it & how long it may take to get to it. They got to it way sooner than expected with a diagnosis & never charged me anything! Awesome place with awesome people. I really feel like I can trust them to tell the truth & not in it for the money

Took my daughters pc in for a graphics card pcie cable extension. Mike, helped us out with rewiring the graphics card and running all the test afterwards. He did an excellent job at explaining all my options and why I would consider them. Would rcommend.

I took my MacBook in to get serviced, which their website claims they do. Their website also states: "Don't take your computer to the 'geeks.' At Velocity, we don't need cute names and a funny car to get your device working the way it was meant to." I was told they could not work on my Mac due to it being a model newer than 2015 (I've never heard of a computer repair business only working on 10 yr/old Macs) and I was referred to Best Buy. 2 stars because the lady I talked to was respectful, but a little bit of transparency would be nice, especially since I was referred to the one place their website says not to go to. I went in to drop off a very old laptop that I had because I was getting an error message that indicated that the hard drive was bad. Brittany took my information and gave me price information and what would happen if they couldn’t fix it. Upon examining my laptop she recommended I’d just buy a new one because mine was really old and If I didn’t have any documents that I needed then put that money towards a new one. She recommended some brands and told me about some she had. Although I did not buy anything or get a repair she gave great service. I appreciate her for not taking my money. So great customer service!
