The garage door would shake every time it opened. They found loose brackets and tightened everything properly. They also inspected the springs and cables just to be safe. Great attention to detail.

After some heavy rain, our garage door started jerking and reversing mid-close. Sam found the issue: soaked sensor wiring and a loose chain-drive track. He replaced the sensor wires, dried and sealed the area, tightened the chain, and recalibrated the opener. He even helped us understand how to monitor it moving forward.
