I highly recommend VAM Construction and Remodeling because their personnel were easy to work with, performed high-quality workmanship at a reasonable price, and they warranty their work for three years. I contacted their General Director Alex Martinez to get an estimate for a relatively small reconstruction project in our dining room and primary bathroom, and he said he could be at our home the next day. He arrived promptly the next day and was very professional yet personable. He listened patiently, answered all our questions thoroughly, took measurements, and subsequently emailed us a detailed yet easy-to -understand estimate. Once we hired VAM Construction and Remodeling to complete the work, Alex remained in contact with me throughout the project. The team who performed the work were highly skilled, worked extremely hard all day and were always pleasant and respectful towards us and our home. We are happy with the way the project turned out and would definitely hire them for other projects in the future.

This company does excellent work and they do it on time. I rent a townhouse and the ceiling leaked after a heavy rain. My landlord reached out to this company and they were at my place the very next morning. They removed all the wet portions of the ceiling by the end of the week and once they were approved to begin restoration they were completed within a week. Adam was very thorough with explaining the work to be done and keep me and the landlord updated on all work being completed. When he said his crew would be at the home a certain time, there were there as promised. The restoration work was phenomenal, you cannot tell there was leaks. I would definately recommend this company and especially Adam. Very nice to work with and great crew. Thank you for the great work, you exceeded my expectations!
