Valley Concrete Restoration

Nick did a great job coming out and accessing my needs. He was upfront and discussed what could be done and how it would be done with my concrete pitching the wrong direction. He laid out the timeline and everything was spot on. Dustin handled the physical work and knew how to correct my situation. He went over and beyond the call of duty with a solid set of front steps but he powered through! The job took a few hours and Nick followed up with me to make sure I was satisfied with the job. Overall it was a great experience and I won't hesitate to use them in the future!

Valley Concrete Restoration just completed a job for us and we couldn't be happier. We had a consultation with Nick in September and he was very thorough in explaining what our options are, but not pushy at all! He put us at ease and assured us that they want us to be happy with the end result. Dustin came today and did the work. Raising up slabs that had shifted and was letting water run towards the house and foundation. He explained what he will be doing and kept me informed along the way. Used Valley Concrete for raising cement pads and sealing cracks in those pads. We were getting a small amount of water in our basement and other companies told us we should have it torn up and replaced. Staff at Valley were very easy to work with, especially during a snowy and wet time of year. Nick, our salesman, was very polite and knowledgeable and took the time to address our concerns rather than focus on a sale. The woman I spoke with to schedule was also very polite and easy to work with, especially with my tight and busy schedule. Dan, the foreman, took the time to make sure the concerns were correct before doing the job. After it was complete he had me inspect to make sure it was to my liking. I couldn't recommend Valley Concrete enough.

The outcome was excellent! Dan and Dustin accomplished miracles on our sidewalk. Our sidewalk was unlevel with several breaks that had also risen several inches and they were able to level the sidewalk and repair the cracks. Dan and Dustin were able to level our driveway and repair the crack in it. The final result was a sidewalk and driveway that are level and safe. They did an exceptional job. They were also professional and answered all our questions. They also kept us informed every step of the way and explained what each step would entail. The final outcome exceeded our expectations.
