I had a very good experience with Vacuum World. I brought my broken Dyson vacuum there to be fixed. I received a call a week later with a very reasonable quote to fix it. I picked it up, used it at home and it is like new. I feel they are a fair, reasonable place that does a very good job, and I will be back if needed.

I have been a customer for several years. The owner is very professional and knowledgeable of all the vacuums available to purchase at his very clean and nice smelling showroom. Not too long ago I was vacuuming our big dog bed and was probably taking my annoyance of all the dog hairs out on my vacuum....I snapped the handle. As vacuums are very expensive, I trudged into Vacuum World, with my snapped in half vacuum. A week or two later I was called in to pick up my fixed vacuum, only to be told they called the manufacture and there was no cost for the repair, which was actually a complete replacement of the handle. Great place to get a vacuum cleaner serviced. Dependable. Great value and they sell great brands. They service all brands but their top-of-the-line is better valued because it breaks down less often.

The gentleman is very knowledgeable and courteous. Highly recommend.
