We chose Unique Renovations to do our Kitchen remodel and Josh Baker and his entire team did an amazing job! Our kitchen has gone from drab to Fab with the teams guidance and excellent craftsmanship! The initial consultation was very interactive and Josh really listened to what we wanted. We received great communication from quote to completion. Typically each morning we received a text or calll letting us know who would be coming, what would be done and an estimated arrival time. Josh would come onsite to walk through tasks and if he was not available, sent one of his lead guys. I would also like to acknowledge Jon Baker who painted our cus... I would also like to acknowledge Jon Baker who painted our custom cabinets and the entire kitchen,as well as, building a beautiful wood shelf above our open counter area. Everyone we worked with was friendly, provided a high level of expertise and cleaned up at the end the day. (This meant alot as a kitchen remodel is a very messy job!) Any issues/changes to the plan were promptly addressed to our complete satifaction. We will definately choose Unique Renovations again!

The renovation took significantly longer than the initial timeline provided, with several delays attributed to material delivery issues. While the final product looks good, the prolonged process caused considerable disruption to daily life. The project manager was responsive to concerns but couldn't provide a revised completion date until just a few weeks before the actual finish.

Josh and his guys did an excellent job fixing drywall and painting the interior of my home. I would highly recommend them!
