We didn't have heat and I called around 4:15 p.m. and scheduled a service visit for that evening. The charge was $175 as it was after hours. Got call awhile later stating that they wouldn't come if I didn't have a service agreement. What? Wasn't the $175 enough for a diagnosis? So much for dealing with urgent issues. Would never use this company because of poor customer service.
Great customer service . Everyone I interacted with was so helpful and kind. So grateful for them. Seamless install and looked like they were never here they left it so clean! Thank you for making this less stressful
We hired Unique to replace our furnace as well as replace some aging flue piping. I couldn’t have been more pleased with the work that was done. Our salesman was Mike and he was very good at explaining everything and was very responsive to my questions. They got us taken care of in a very timely manner at a price we felt was reasonable. Would highly recommend.

When our 20-year-old air conditioner stopped working, we called Unique. A very competent and experienced technician came to our house the next day. We suspected that we needed a new unit, and he confirmed this. A very helpful salesperson consulted with us. Within 48 hours, 2 excellent technicians installed our new high quality unit. We were thrilled with the quick response during the hot weather, the quality of the product, the skills of the technicians, and the great customer service.
