T.Webber Plumbing, Heating, Air & Electric

I am a frequent customer who owns several properties. I used T.Webber once and they temporarily solved the plumbing issue. The second time, it was an emergency, I was provided with an arrival time of 6-10pm. They never arrived and when I called, to explain that because I relied on them, I did not book another company. They were dismissive and did not care. Yesterday, I had another emergency, and when the plumber arrived, he could not find parking close enough to the property, so he told me that I would be responsible for a parking summons he receives. I called T.Webber and again was dismissed and the job was not done. VERY Unprofessional and I would stay away from them. Lots of other companies. Rotor rooter solved my issues with professionalism.

This morning I had my water softener serviced by Nicholas R. He arrived earlier than expected and did a fantastic job of servicing my system. He replaced a few parts (typical service) and there wasn't a drop of water that touched the floor of my boiler room. He is very knowledgeable and personable. I requested him for this year's service after he performed the same service in 2025. I believe he is an excellent employee to represent TWebber and provide quality service to the customer.
