Tv King was the right call for me . Sean got right back to me after I reached out . He checked my TV specs before he came prepared. I really thought my panel was toast . Sean took his time and checked out the tv . He came up with a way to let me be able to watch my tv again. He is a very nice person someone you would like to deal with. I can't give you enough praise . Simply should do business with him yes . Thank you Sean .

I had a very frustrating experience with this TV repair company. Sean came out to inspect my TV and said he needed to look for a specific part to complete the repair. That was the last real communication I received. I followed up multiple times via messages and calls over the course of several weeks, but never got a proper response. I was completely ghosted. No update, no courtesy reply, nothing. If you're looking for reliable service and someone who will actually follow through, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Total waste of time.

5 stars is not enough. I've never posted a review for anyone before, EVER. But feel compelled to reach out because Sean / TV King is exactly what I (and you) are looking for. Honest, good, supremely competent. Fixed my TV and brought it back from the dead TWICE!... Every interaction was professional, straitforoard, and kind. Sean is a good man who will do everything in your best interest. Our family has had many interactions with contractors over 20 years and this is the first time that I've taken the time to write a review. This is who you want. Period. Can't sing his praises enough.

I scheduled a diagnostic appointment but was able to fix the TV myself before the visit. Throughout the process, communication was excellent, quick responses, clear guidance, and very professional. Even though I didn’t end up using the service, I was impressed with the honesty and willingness to help. Would definitely reach out to Sean again if needed.
