In September 2021 I called T & T to repair my refrigerator. Their Technion knew what the problem was in less than 5 minutes, broken fan in the freezer. The part was ordered and a few days later he installed it. My refrigerator has been working great for over 4 years. Total bill was $200 but that sure is a lot cheaper then a new one. I highly recommend T&T for repairs.
Just go ahead and triple the estimated timeline they give you for repairs. Super disorganized. Parts never ordered on time. Inaccurate diagnosis. Used them for broken fridge and dishwasher and it was a nightmare each time. Someone else please start an appliance repair company in Riverton.
Fair, quick, and dependable service. In the 4 years I have lived here, I have always been treated well when I have come through their front door. I whole heartily recommend them for sales and service with a smile.
Do not use these people! They are completely incompetent and will charge you for their mistakes. It took them over 3 months to repair my gas range! They charged me a diagnostic fee (that did not correctly diagnose the problem), several parts and labor (that didn't fix the problem), and finally when it was fixed the bill was more than double their original estimate. Guess if you just try every part in the book eventually you'll get there. They are not appliance repair people just idiots trying to take your money.
