I can’t say enough good things about this company. Early in the morning when our furnace went out, I initially called and spoke with the AI assistant, but it wasn’t very helpful. Not long after, the owner personally texted me to see if there was anything she could do to help us. That level of care immediately stood out. At first I actually decided to go with another company, but when their quote came back it was insanely high. I reached back out to the owner and she went above and beyond to help us out. She worked with us on pricing and even dropped off space heaters to keep our house warm while everything was being figured out. That kind of service is rare. I’m writing this review while the technicians are here installing our new furnace, and they’ve been nothing but friendly, professional, and helpful. You can tell this company truly cares about their customers. If you’re looking for an HVAC company that stands behind their work and treats people right, I highly recommend them.

Terrific Tech KOBE showed up right on time & did an great job telling us what he was going to, why he was doing it & then what he found ... which were positive results of our functioning equipment. He was friendly, informative, professional & efficient. We continue to be very satisfied with this company, their products & representatives.
