True North Roofing

At first I was very happy with owner, I paid up front for all materials and even drove around to pick up materials they ran out of .the first day crew was great but second day the sat around take a 2 hour break, they left garbage all over my front yard and they left the roof hanging over my gutters, after I showed them they did not fix it. There was no supervision on day 2 . They did more roof than what they were supposed to do, but I paid for all materials used. The owner came out after and didn’t cut over the gutter. And I waited 3 days for someone to come clean the mess and didn’t complain. Now I can’t get what I need for my taxes . Which he has had over a month to send. I was told because he had a baby a month ago his customer is not a big concern. I also didn’t add that the worker continued to go through my barn into the pasture the it open to where my horse were and could have escaped multiple times,I had to go behind them closing things up an keep asking them not to go through my barn and to walk around. And to top it off the owner said he would be taking a 4000 dollar loss so I paid the extra because I didn’t want him to take that loss. So no I would never recommend this company

Alec at True North Roofing was very prompt, professional and courteous. His roofing company did a full metal roof for our home at a very reasonable price. Alec’s communication was top notch! If there was an issue, he resolved it. If there was a question (or in our case several), he answered it with knowledge and experience. He truly cares about his customers and wants to make sure they are happy with the finished product. He and his crew also cleaned up well, and left the job site just as they found it. Highly recommend for any of your roofing needs!
