First, let me say that I am willing to work with anyone and give them a chance. However, I also value honesty and professionalism. I had an appointment scheduled with Micah February 26th for 8am for an estimate with pictures. Granted, it was raining, but he appeared on time. However, noone went on the roof, much less took pictures. Again, it was raining, so I understand safety. However, he told me he would return at 2pm. To this day, I have not heard from, nor seen him- much less, received any estimate or pictures. Needless to say, this experience has definitely put me off, and I would not place myself in the predicament again. I'm an easy going person, who just likes people to honor their word. Due to this experience, I could not, in good conscience, recommend anyone, much less myself.

I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with the quality of service, Micah, was over two hours late, the day of the inspection, he didn't call to say he would be late, I called him and he stated that he had to take his children to school, when he arrived, he didn't take any photos of the hail and wind damage, he finished inspecting the roof in a few minutes, this explains why he didnhave photos when he sent estimate. I called Micah on Monday, August 26, 2025, he stated that he was driving, and stated that he would call me back, he never did, he asked if I had received estimate on Friday, I told him no, I called the office and apparently Micah, had typed in my email wrong, I had wanted to go over my email to make sure that he had it correctly, however, he never called back. He finally got my email correct, and sent an incomplete estimate that had no photos of the hail and wind damage, and there were no photos attached, I emailed him and told him that I was disappointed and dissatisfied with the estimate because it was incomplete, unprofessional and incompetent, I can't send this to my insurance company, the other estimates were professionally done, storm damage noted, and had photos attached, Micah, called with a bad attitude, and stated how many photos did he need to take, I stated you didn't take any photos the first time, it was a big disappointment, because I had waited over 2 hours, and I thought he knew how to do estimates, especially the insurance estimates, apparently, he doesn't have computer software to do a professional job, it is unacceptable, it has been two many red flags, and I need someone to be here when 5he adjuster comes to my home, I don't feel that Micah would be capable of arriving on time, and he didn't do a complete estimate, he didn't inspect my roof and take photos, this would be another huge disappointment, because you only get one chance, and Micah, has been unprofessional and incompetent, in addition, he has a hostile bad attitude, and if he couldn't do a professional and competent estimate, he should have stated so, Trottman Brothers, is only one Roofing company, there are many others, and Micah was very rude, I do not want him to come over and do photos, he stated he had taken some, I don't believe he did because he didn't go on top of the roof and he was finished to quickly. This has started unprofessionally, and it could have adverse consequences if I allowed my roof to be installed by this company, I can't trust this business because there are too many issues already, I don't need any issues or problems, I thought ther reviews were impressive, I can't just go by reviews, and if you can't get a professional estimate, the roof installation could have the potential to have numerous issues, rudeness, lies, bad estimate, unprofessionalism,late, no photos of a damage roof, you have to provide proof of damages, it is preposterous, to think that a insurance would take your word only, I am very disappointed, because I expected better from Trottman Brothers and these issues are unacceptable, I know that I can do better, it starts with a professional estimate, and if you can't do an estimate, how can you speak to the insurance company and install a roof, I would be taking a huge risk,and I will not take any risks. I am writing a rebuttal response to Trotman Brothers response dated September 19,2025 in reference to my review, I am absolutely astounded that Trotman Brothers can write a response accusing me of false accusations and fake review, I have all emails, phone calls, estimates and etc, that corroborate and substantiate that my review is genuine and authentic, my review is not the only one star review that they have received, they have received numerous 1 star reviews, Trotman Brothers, is accusing me of false accusations because they don't agree with the truth, and as a result they are defaming my character and integrity by writing a false response stating that I made false accusations, this is libel, and I am reporting it to Google the Federal Trade Commission, and the CRFA,
