I called Tristar Roofing and Exteriors today with concerns that we have an ice dam formed after the ice storm. We experience this happening five years ago. It caused a lot of water damage to our home. Kyle answered the call and came out on the same day to access the roof. His professionalism was outstanding! I felt that God sent us an angel. He came and cleaned most of the ice on the part of the roof where the dam had formed. He also cleaned out the ice and snow in the gutters so that when everything melts, the water could flow freely. To top off this great service, he did not charge us a dime. We are so appreciative of the service we received today. We recommend Tristar Roofing and Exteriors to anyone that need these services. We will definitely use them for all of our roofing needs!

I rarely write reviews. But I wanted to share my experience with Kyle and his crew from Tristar roofing. We have an older home with a new extension. The older part is a tear down, we just don’t know exactly when. With that said the roof on the old part is in bad shape. A lot of issues with multiple past leaks ( with temporary fixes) and current leaks. When Kyle first came out, he assessed everything, and when I informed him that we were planning to tear it down. He gave me an honest and knowledgeable opinion on what he thought would be best for us. He did not try to sell us a whole new roof, although we desperately need one soon if we hold off on the tear down. Instead he gave me a fair quote on the current leaking areas. A few days after Kyle came out we discovered a couple more current issues. So I contacted him to see about those also. He came out with his crew a few days ago and they addressed every current problem, and he did it all at a more than fair price. The reason I really wanted to take the time to write this is because I know firsthand, after years of doing construction work here at the house, that it can be incredibly hard to find good honest workers. And Kyle with his crew were both. I truly did prayerfully seek to find help and I am so very grateful that the Lord answered that prayer. I would highly recommend Kyle! Thank you Kyle, Stephanie
