This company is very thorough and they explain every detail. I am so thankful that they were able to squeeze me in their schedule first thing that morning. He fixed up my vehicle in a timely manner. Clayton and his team did amazing work for me today. Quick too! I was scared to death of the noise my car was making. Clay took time to show me the problem. He also was able to get me my car back same day with everything do e perfectly. . I am grateful for these guys!

I finally decided to schedule an engine diagnostic with Triad after multiple visits to other main stream auto shops and still no answers. Definitely the best service and most genuine customer care out there! I was informed about more than expected and found out that a previous auto shop did not replace my O2 Sensor when I spent 500 dollars to have it done a few months back. My Catalytic Converter is now damaged due to poor work ethic of the other shop. My shop advisor, Renee, drove my car 12 miles just to understand my concerns and determine my car’s safety. Had to have my alternator replaced as well as other repairs. Service was quick and done very well. Exceptional customer service with very polite and personable staff. Fair pricing.

Clay and Renée were a pleasure to work with! Both kept me updated promptly while working with my insurance company. Once it was approved Clay knocked out replacing my engine and my car is working great. Grateful to this team and will be back with any additional issues in the future.

Exceptional experience. In and out in under 2 hours. Clay listened carefully to my issue, carefully inspected the exhaust system (which I indicated probably housed the problem), and showed me a series a pictures that clearly identified the problem points. He offered me solutions, with price breakdowns, and gave me frank and actionable advice. In the end, I went with the cheapest solution, and Clay’s fix completely solved the problem. Car feels brand new again. Can’t recommend this place enough. A smooth, pleasant experience with zero haggling, zero arguing, and the general impression that the mechanic was on MY side.
