I cannot say enough great words about this company. Beau was our technician who diagnosed our issue and then fixed it later. He was phenomenal. I spoke with Jay over the phone about our options after Beau’s diagnosis. It couldn’t be more apparent in speaking with both Beau and Jay that they have the customer’s best interest at heart. Trustworthy company with trustworthy people running it. We will be repeat customers…I just hope not to be anytime too soon:)
I was having issues with my upstairs heat. After calling early that morning, I found that I was the first one on the technician's schedule. He arrived at my home promptly, quickly diagnosed the problem and made necessary repairs. Technician was very knowledgeable and courteous. Would use Tri Counties services again.
We've been using Tri-Counties for years and they have always been great. This time our heat went out during a VERY cold night. I called early the next morning and they were at my house before lunch. Turns out an air bubble had found its way into my gas line, something I could not have diagnosed. It didn't take the technician too long to fix and they didn't charge us any more than the base fee. I will continue to use and recommend these guys for years to come.
