I started using TRC a few years ago and I am never disappointed in the work performed! I'm a property manager and have used their services several times. William is always on time for every appointment and the job is started promptly. They always do a professional job and everyone is courteous and polite. I had my roof done last year. The process went smooth until I had to call them about my lifetime warranty. At that point, Bill stop answering his phone and would not return calls or messages. DONT BELIEVE THE LIFETIME WARRANTY claim. It's just a selling feature.
