Todd was the man. He’s a great guy and won’t beat around the bush. He found my problem when the other mechanic I went to first couldn’t. For my fix he laid out every option possible. He’s a busy guy but will take time to answer any questions.

My son was driving his car down the highway and his clutch gave out and he had to pull to the side of the road. I had used TEP before so we had his car towed there. What a great decision. They were able to fix the clutch and all the "while you were in there's" for a very affordable price and the car drives like new. During the process they called and let us know the status and kept us informed if additional parts were needed. TEP fixed the clutch on my car about a month ago, and they did a fantastic job. They fully replaced my clutch and did some other maintenance as well, all while sticking with their original price. All things considered, the repairs were completed in a timely manner and the car drives significantly better. They even explained to me what caused the damages and showed me the point of failure after the fact. Very good service!!

I want to say Nick has done an amazing job with thoroughly explaining the issues with my Malibu. Coming from someone who knows nothing about cars he really helped me understand the issues that were going on. This shop provides excellent customer service they keep you updated through the time they are working on your car! I didn’t feel like a pay check to this shop i felt like they really want to help me be safe on the road. Nick also applied my AAA discount to help me out with the payment which i really appreciated!
