Toro Kitchen Cabinets

LeVan Group here in Northeast Ohio—we just wrapped up a big retro 1950s kitchen remodel and went with Toro cabinets for the metal doors. They delivered exactly what we needed: that classic 50s steel look with the rounded edges and bold colors. Avi (the owner) was great to work with—quick responses. No surprises, no runaround. The cabinets came well-packaged, hardware was good quality, and the client is over the moon with the vintage feel that still works for everyday life. My husband and I had a very specific and unusual design for our kitchen cabinets. We weren't even sure how they would turn out but Toro Kitchen Cabinets made it happen and brought our ideas to life. I knew what I wanted in a kitchen remodel, and it certainly was not to follow current trends, which start to look dated in just a few years. I spent a lot of time, searching the web for steel faced cabinets and came up with only a couple of options in the USA. Toro was the one that gave me the vibe from the middle of the 20th century. When I was a kid we had neighbors with steel cabinets that look like those Toro builds. I set up an appointment and Avi walked me through the process and options. When I decided to proceed, I provided accurate measurements of the kitchen as well as an initial cabinet layout that my contractor had put together. I was not really thrilled with the contractors layout and Avi spent time working with me to optimize the space and cabinet configuration. Avi was the first person who really understood what it is that I wanted and got my vision. Furthermore, with custom cabinets like these, you can get virtually any color your mind can conceive. My cabinets are a gorgeous turquoise color with the finish of a new car! The cabinets that Toro builds are very high-quality. These are NOT low-end cabinets. It is not likely you will order them and have them a couple of months later. From the day, I decided to move forward and provide a deposit, it took more than a year to receive the cabinets. Quality craftsmanship takes time and is worth the wait! Also, keep in mind that I never met the team at Toro in person. This was all done over the phone, through email, and through text messages. I never saw a sample product in-person. I went on faith. That should tell you some thing about the high character of this company in a time when trust is hard to come by. In the end, the kitchen I have was worth the time and money put into it. When it comes to certain things, I’m a bit obsessive, but that quality gets me the result I seek. I am super pleased with the end result and consider it to be art with high functionality. This new kitchen will easily last me the rest of my life, and then some!
