Apologies in advance to Tom Smith Plumbing as I realized I never left a review for you folks last year after you came out - I had a pipe leaking in my basement the day before I was going to be leaving on a business trip out of state. At that time I had a 5 year old and an almost 1 year old at home and was already stressed out about leaving them and now had this new added stress of a leak in my basement. I called Tom Smith Plumbing and spoke with Derek. I explained my situation and was really just hoping they would be able to come out in the next day or two. Derek said something to the tune of “well you say you’re leaving tomorrow and you got a baby at home, I’ll tell you what I will come out and get it all taken care of for you tonight”. Within about 30 minutes Derek was at my house assessing the leak and repairing it. I truly appreciate the empathy he showed my family and I and the exceptional work he did in repairing the leaking pipe. I will be a lifelong customer and am always sure to recommend Tom Smith Plumbing to friends, family, & co-workers.

Had a pin hole leak on a softener pipe. Called them at 8 am they were out in an hour. Fixed the leak in 30 minutes. They also clearly explained their billing procedures and hourly rate - which was competitive. I will call them again and recommend them to friends.
