I originally called Tip Top Garage Doors because of a broken spring on my double garage door, and I’m really glad Monty was the technician who came out. He was very professional, easy to work with, and explained everything clearly. As a fellow Marine, it was great to meet someone who brings that same level of discipline and respect to the job. Monty walked me through the condition of my 25‑year‑old hardware and explained the expected lifespan, pros and cons, and options for repair. Monty came out and did a general maintenance for me today. The garage door was getting loud and I could tell it needed some love. He looked it over and took care of all its needs! He also noticed that my rollers had extra wear and recommended replacement. He explained why and how it would benefit me! Overall great experience!

Jay (Jamont) called and showed up on time. He installed new springs and cable lines for our double door. He did a great job and was clean and a nice guy to talk to. I would recommend Jay and Tip Top to anyone/everyone.

Jamonte did a wonderful job! Originally scheduled maintenance but needed new springs and rollers as the door was putting a lot of strain on the old springs and was very loud and slow. I can’t get over how quiet it is now!

Another GREAT job with Jamonte and Adam from the Tip Top Team. They are my first call when anything goes wrong with the garage doors. While I don't like having issues with our garage doors, its good to know that I can easily get it fixed with a text to them. They make it easy to do business with. Everyone there is great to work with. Jamonte was very knowledgeable and able to get me up and running in no time. Highly recommend.
