Tim’s Complete Landscaping is absolutely top-notch! Their work is beautiful, meticulous, and truly elevates our outdoor space. I used Tim’s complete landscaping to have them install a fence, build a garden bed border and fix an issue with the retaining wall. The garden bed and retaining wall went great but the attention to detail with the fence was seriously lacking. There were several areas of the fence that were not done well and the arbor was not centered. Photos attached. They did get people out to fix these issues after a few weeks. Though in one spot they simply moved an issue to the other side. I then noticed that half of the fence was installed on top of the garden bed and was not at all stable and swayed with the tiniest bump, unfortunately I cannot attach a video. Overall the attention to detail and workmanship was seriously lacking. If you are looking to have a fence built, I would go with another company.

Including some pictures before and after: I have been so impressed with Tims Landscaping as they redid our backyard. The common theme with them seemed to be "get it right" and "do it right." I cannot speak high enough about our experience with Tims Landscaping. The quality, and ease to work with is absolutely exceptional. The search for a backyard remodel stops at Tims Landscaping. From our first encounter with their estimator to get a bid. My wife and I were surprised with the amount of knowledge and ideas that were brought to the table. They were able to describe all processes and help us envision what could be in our yard. Next steps working with David to dial the final quote was exceptional. David was able to really help us understand costs of each part of the project. We loved the 3D design he was able to put together. It really brought our vision to life. As somebody who had been throwing around ideas for the last two years, seeing it drawn up was fantastic. As we started and throughout the entire project we could not have been happier with Mario our assigned project manger and his crew. Mario really cares, and fully embodies the "get it right" and "do it right" mentality. Very easy to communicate with, and very detailed when it comes to imagining something as simple as how close we want to place steps together. Mario knows his stuff, and is an essential resource. As for the crew, they showed up on time, did a great job daily, and were extremely polite. I was very impressed by Jose's tractor controls. A big part of our project was to pull rocks out of the slope in our yard and then re stack them neatly. As you can see by the pictures, its incredible work. I was also very impressed by Alejandro's (and Jose's) ability to build a block wall. They had it dug out, gravel leveled and the bottom retainer wall done in 2 days. Alejandro was also very impressive to watch as Jose operated the tractor stacking rocks, he was able to make them all fit tightly together.

Tim’s landscape updated our front yard by removing all the grass, rebuilding a rock wall and adding a flagstone path. They brought in three way material to fill the area and planted all the new landscaping plants. The team did an excellent job, they showed up on time and completed the work on schedule. Adam and Mario were responsive when we had questions and very accommodating when we made minor changes to the landscape plan. I highly recommend Tim’s for major landscaping projects.
