We seldom write a Google review but we HAD TO for Timber Ridge Fireplace & Design! From our first visit to the showroom through the bid and installation process they have been wonderful! We are so happy we went with them - - their attention to detail, customer service, follow-through, recommendations, and professionalism are second to none! Could not be happier with our new fireplace insert!
Timber Ridge helped us choose the perfect fireplace and accessories. They came to our house and removed an older model, installed the newer model, placed the new logs perfectly, turned it on and ... my husband fell in love with his new fireplace! They did beautiful work.

Ron, Lisa and Rochelle were wonderful to work with. They were thoughtful and knowledgeable and did a custom job that looks high end and created exactly what we wanted. Ron and his assistant were friendly and professional. I am looking for another job for these guys to do because we enjoyed working with them so much!
