JB was diligent and patient. He took his time to make sure the work was done right and it's very apparant that he enjoys this work. Like all skilled tradesman, he has his preferences on grout and materials, so if you are a cooperative person who can do some legwork, you'll get along well. I absolutely would use JB's services again if I needed to. He's also transparent and interested in showing you his process, from how he does the plumbing to how he butters the tiles.
