The technician, Steve, showed up shortly after the earliest scheduled time. He quickly got to work on my dishwasher and answered all my questions. He explained the probable cause for my issue, ran a diagnostic, did a software update successfully and got the unit running again. He then showed me what to do if the issue returned saying most likely that would fix it but if not to give Tiger Mechanial a call. He also asked if there were any other appliance issues he could address for me or if I had any other questions regarding any appliance in my home. He was very thorough and very professional. I was extremely happy with his work and would highly recommend Steve and Tiger Mechanical to anyone needing appliance repairs. 5 Star rating!
