Guy who came out and fixed my lg washer dryer door was really nice. The door is fixed and the thing works as its designed to. I use my dads washer dryer now and only use the lg for the only thing lg designed the garbage can for it seems. Shitty baby clothes. It works like a charm for those and suits its purpose. I would recommend tiger mechanical but i would not ever recommend an lg w/d combo. Again tiger mechanical is great. Just unable to get lg to take the thing back which is not thier fault lg is the worst.

Knowledgeable repair tech. Professional, courteous and friendly. After several repair companies failed to solve my problem, this guy took care of it quickly. Highly recommend.

Tiger Mechanical responded immediately to our washing machine issue and made an appointment for a repair person to arrive. The repair person contacted us within the time limits set and gave us a time of arrival. He is friendly and knowledgeable. Our issue was resolved in a timely manner. We highly recommend Tiger Mechanical for appliance repair.

I can't sing praises loud enough for Tiger Mechanical! This is a great company! They respond immediately to schedule a repair technician appointment. The technician also calls before the appt. so you know arrival time. Our technician, Steve, is so knowledgeable and thorough in his work! This company also follows up to insure the service and repair was completed to 100% customer satisfaction! Excellent service from start to finish! The technician, Steve, showed up shortly after the earliest scheduled time. He quickly got to work on my dishwasher and answered all my questions. He explained the probable cause for my issue, ran a diagnostic, did a software update successfully and got the unit running again. He then showed me what to do if the issue returned saying most likely that would fix it but if not to give Tiger Mechanial a call. He also asked if there were any other appliance issues he could address for me or if I had any other questions regarding any appliance in my home. He was very thorough and very professional.
