Tiger Air is one of the best HVAC companies in Parma. Our furnace died during a cold snap, and Phil (the owner) personally came out on a Friday evening to help. He went above and beyond, searching for parts for our older unit and providing us with space heaters to keep our home safe and warm while we figured out a plan. Theo is amazing hes helped us a few time with our furnace and air conditioner through out the years and he always listens and really tries to fix the issues the first time around. And they are super quick with getting out to the house if you have an emergency. Even if not an emergency its normally that day or next day.

Tech was MORE than professional and efficient. He was very friendly, and knew what he was doing. He didn't try to sell me anything unnecessary, which is rare. He offered his opinion when answering questions without being pushy. I will highly recommend him to friends and family. Very good job well done.

Tiger did a great job when our furnace died of old age. I wish it hadn't been as expensive to replace, but times being what they are, there's nothing much to do about that. Great service, great response time, highly recommend.
