They layed concrete curbing for us. It was supposed to be a dark red color, to match our other garden features. I requested THREE times that they mix the red paint into the concrete. They apparently forgot. They poured it grey instead. Then, when I reminded them, they just sprayed thin red paint on top of the concrete. So now, the red surface has completely faded and is covered in scratches (which would not have happened if they had mixed it into the concrete instead of on top). Also, the concrete was mixed too dry, so, It started cracking after only 3 years; now it's 6 years since it was done, and the whole curb is crumbling and breaking down everywhere. It's cracked and the color is horrible. Professionally poured concrete is supposed to last 15 years. Clearly, this wasn't even sealed. We asked them to fix it, even offering to meet them partially on payment. They said it was beyond the 1 year warrenty and refused. This company does NOT honor its work. We also requested 6" of top soil because the earth is so rocky. Again, they cut corners and lay 1" maximum. So everytime you try to plant something, it's a huge hassle. They cut corners. Rarely answer the phone (as others have complained also). We paid them thousands of dollars for shoddy work. and on top of everything, the bill was hugely more than the estimate! ......DO NOT USE THEM!
