Thompson's Garage Door Service

Had door on our 3rd bay that wouldn't go down; so, called these guys up. I have to say, I was super impressed with Amy and Jeremy! They were able to resolve the issue 'very quickly'. I assumed once they resolved the issue, that would be the end of the visit, but they did a once over on the whole door, framing etc...and our main door as well. Super happy with the service. If you have garage door issues, THESE ARE THE FOLKS TO CALL!!! :-)

Called because garage door wasn’t opening (spring had broken). Amy said she would get someone out there the same day to make it work temporarily, and would order the parts to fix it more permanently. Repairman showed up, worked on the garage door and then came in and said it was fixed…I asked when he thought they would be back with the part and he said it was already done. I have had wonderful experiences with Thompson’s Garage Door!

Great company to work with. The current installers/technicians are great guys and have been super helpful in keeping our doors operating correctly. For those that may have had a bad experience in the past, it seems like they have made some organizational changes that make the experience better than previous.
