I recently worked with Thermodynamix after finding them through the Quilt certified installer program, and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. Johan, who handled the initial evaluation, spent considerable time with me reviewing placement options, line routing, and overall installation readiness. He walked me through multiple iterations of the proposal, always with patience, clarity and genuine responsiveness. His approach made the planning process straightforward and collaborative. On installation day, Gerald, Leo and Angel arrived and delivered the same high standard of service. Gerald was attentive, professional and... Rich and his team at Thermodynamix did a great job right from the beginning to the very end. We upgraded an older Mitsubishi ductless AC system with two new outdoor condensers and three wall units. While it is too early to say at the time of writing (March) how effective the cooling will be, I have every confidence we will have a much more efficient system. Rich gave us an estimate on a Thursday and the installers began work the following Monday and finished by midday Wednesday. In doing so, we were able to launch the project just before a significant price increase for Mitsubishi equipment went into effect. Thank you to everyone at Thermodyn...
