Working with people like Jason D'Asto, the Store Manager of the Hayden Rd location, is refreshing. We've had only great experiences with The Tile Shop. Jason's hands-on help with finding an older lot of tile to match my client's shower was unexpected and so appreciated!

Every staff member was very helpful (we have used them often). Chandra is exceptional w her customer service skills. She has great energy She also has wonderful decorating ideas. We had to change up some items and we were helped by all. Jason, mngr went above and beyond to satisfy our needs. Great, many products to choose from. I highly recommend.

My sales person Criss Bull was amazing. Made some fantastic suggestions on tiles for both bathroom remodels. They came out amazing. He’s super pleasant to deal with and very attentive to his clients needs. Highly recommend Criss and the whole staff at The Tile Shop! Thank you so much!

I thought I reviewed this store, I guess it helps to hit "post"... Anyway, this is a giant tile store. This place was cool to check out all the options too. Unfortunately the one we are looking for is to match a counter we installed several years ago, so it's difficult to find what we want. The cool back splash tile we thought about were on back order. LoL! Never fails. The staff was very friendly and most helpful. We'll be back again.

Michael is our sale rep who helped us select the right items and ensures that we get vendor prices. Good customer services. The “smile” on his face speaks volumes!!!! The tile shop is rapidly becoming the hottest spot in Scottsdale for innovative designs.
