OMG!!! Today I was referred to as an OG customer by Isa. Forgive me if I spell this wrong. Since they were located in Orange, CT, they have been the absolute most helpful people I’ve ever dealt with! Raisus, again, forgive me if I spelled it wrong, has been incredibly helpful/knowledgeable/honest throughout so many challenges that I have throw at him. The employees were very helpful with fixing my broken iPhone 14. They were able to complete the repair within one day, and they even stayed open later to allow me to pick it that night. Previously, they repaired another phone of mine years ago, and I had a great outcome then as well. They are reliable, consistent, and my go-to repair shop.
Went in with a computer problem and Ram looked at it right away. He Found the problem and fixed it in a half hour. Highly recommend.
This is a great company!!! I just spent an hour on the phone with Verizon because my iPhone 16 had a cracked screen. They tell me they will reimburse me $100 dollars for the repair. I called Tech Team, they tell me is will actually cost between $200-350. Then Tech Team asked are you sure the screen is cracked, maybe it's the screen saver. Amazing revelation, the screen saver was cracked, not the phone......OMG. Kudos to Tech Team!!! Thank you so much. Kristen
