After a tenant's water damage in the bathroom, I had to replace the vanity, sink, faucet set, and toilet in my rental apartment (Thanks again for all the damage, Paul!). I called this company for a cost estimate to install the sink and faucet that I have purchased and are available in the bathroom. Adam said the flat rate service fee would be: $784.96 for this work. This quote is wildly outrageous! I cannot consider hiring this company for any plumbing or heating work.

The tech called to let me know he could show up early. Was to my place within 5 minutes of calling. Quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me my options. Set clear expectations of how long it would take him and that he needed to go pick up a part. Even with going to get a part and ensuring my hot water heater was up to par after the fix still took less then 2 hours. Great Service will defiantly use them again.
