The Pittsburgh Grout Medic

I have a travertine kitchen floor which after years of us managing the deep clean ourselves, we decided it was time to have it professionally cleaned. I reached out to a number of companies and the owner came out and gave me an estimate. He was extremely professional and very nice. After looking at all my options, I decided to go with the grout medic. the communication from the company was excellent. The team arrived at the scheduled time and they did an amazing job on my floor. It looks very close to the original. The two young men were here. You could tell that they take pride in their work. They protected my cabinetry and other flooring and there was absolutely no issues at all. I would recommend them absolutely and we are going to reschedule and have them come out and do our kids bathroom.

Adding our experience since I was wary to use the Grout medic based on some of the negative reviews here. We used them to clean & re-seal grout in our tile floor in the kitchen and shower. They did a great job. It's been 3 months and it still looks like new. Our grout used to get so stained and dirty within a day of cleaning it. The sealing they did makes the grout not stain at all. The technicians were professional and did excellent work. No complaints. I'm happy we decided to work with them.
