This place was great probably one of the last honest one, the original guys sold the business and now it’s completely garbage!! I took my iPhone for a crack screen and they stole pieces and didn’t put all the screws back in my phone. It never work right after that!!! Scammers don’t go here !!!
My phone wasn’t reading my sim when my cousin dropped it. I spent an hour at the cricket store trying to activate my new sim. Nothing was working….. until I came in here to see Adrian. He fixed my phone in just a few minutes! If your phone isn’t working come see Adrien! Than you for helping me save $600 on a new phone!! 💕
Excellent customer service in the Bay Area. Daniel is so very helpful and patient with customers as well. I recommend this shop for all kinds of phone and tablet repairs. This place is very economical too.
Really nice service, they use good parts and the are fast, I needed my phone fix asap when other store’s said 4-5 days, thephonebox get it done in 2 days,also they are super kind, the guy who helped me is David, go ask for him, he is very professional and cute.
