The Good Guys Heating & Cooling

Furnace went down Friday before opening day of deer season. called around on the following Monday - Good Guys were the only co. (I checked 3-4) in the area that would help me out. Had a new Heat Exchanger put in by Jeremiah - friendly, knowledgeable and patient. I required a different plate cover that retails for approx. $300.00. Manager (owner?) Jeff Guys did a no-cost for the plate - very nice!! 10 days later my furnace went out again - Good guys send someone over same day (loose wire..) service rep. charged a reasonable $42.00. If you’re in the Fox Valley and your furnace or AC acts up, honestly just call The Good Guys. They really live up to the name—super friendly, reliable, and totally honest. I love that they don’t try to upsell you on things you don't need. They just show up on time, fix the problem for a fair price, and get out of your hair. It’s such a relief to find a local Appleton crew that you can actually trust. Bottom line: They’re fast, professional, and easy to work with. Definitely my go-to for HVAC from now on!

Fantastic experience!! From our awesome sales rep, Anthony, who came for the sales appointment, to the two best install techs we could have gotten, Jon and Jerry, our experience was amazing. These guys had to refabricate some metal ducting for the furnace and was done well. They were super friendly and cleaned up well after the install was done. The original furnace that was to be installed was too big for our home. (Our fault for not having attic access to see the size of heating ducts) they had it all installed and tested the furnace, found it ran too hot and said we would have problems this winter.
