I had a great experience from start to finish. I received a quote quickly, got my vehicle in the very next day, and they replaced my back window in just an hour and fifteen minutes. The customer service was excellent, and the office space was cozy—and wonderfully festive, which was a delightful bonus.
When my Subaru windshield cracked, the shop gave me a whole pitch about how the glass was “special” and the calibration process was critical—quoted me around $1,200, with $500 just for calibration. “Don’t worry,” they said, “your insurance will pick it up.” (Of course, insurance companies stay in business by making sure they always take in more than they pay out.) Instead, I made a little trip to Portland, got a nice hotel, checked out the city, caught up with a friend over dinner, and got the windshield fixed there for under $500—calibration included for $150, and I still saved money. The kicker? That glass shop said the sensors often auto-calibrate as long as the glass goes in straight; sometimes the extra calibration is just a box they check to confirm everything’s lined up right.
Had a rock do its business on my windshield while on a road trip. The Glass Guy just seemed like a good fit for me. They were able to get me in on short notice and put an end to the ding on my windshield. I would definitely recommend The Glass Guy
The place is really clean and nice and the staff. There are wonderful was in and out 2 hours happy camper here. They got this retro Route 66 thing going on as well.
My windshield had a long crack in it. They answered quickly when I called and fixed it the next day! Took them a little over two hours and the customer service was amazing! The pricing was reasonable! Would recommend to anyone!
