The Chimney Doctors

We had a small wood stove installed in our home late 2023. A roof leak developed after a few months and Jacob and his crew have gone far above and beyond to help us as, after several service calls, the leak turned out to be a problem with the roof itself, not the installation. Their installation was perfect. From the day everything was completed we've been impressed. We highly recommend this company. They will not let you down!

A year ago, we had these folks come cap our chimney. A couple weeks ago a serious wind yanked the cap off. Called for warranty repair and was initially told we would have to pay again, twice what we originally paid!!! We passed and began looking into civil action. Then, out of the blue, Robert, showed up and said he was here to fix our cap issue. He was very experienced and friendly, but remained professional and intent on insuring our cap was reinstalled ... permanent !!! Over all, I give Chimney Doctors an A+ for stepping up and making their work right. And an A++ for Robert, who is truly an asset to the Chimney Doctors Company. I would call them again and I would refer them to family and friends. 12 NOV 2024 update. It's been a few years now and our chimney block off is still perfectly secured. Been though 3 heavy wind events. We are extremely pleased. We referred The Chiming Doctors to a friend and the came out and cleaned their fireplace & chimney and installed a new Hi-Tech anti bird & wind diffuser. Our friends are very happy and it cost them $350...a savings of over $500 from another companies estimate. Will definitely continue to refer them.

I would rate them 10 stars f it was available, they were that good! I have to say that this company has provided me with the greatest customer service I've have ever experienced, and that's no lie! A family business led by the patriarch of the group Jim, they really want to ensure that everything goes right and that any issues that may arise, is taken care of. Not only did I have a wood burning stove added to my bedroom, but I liked them so much, I had them install a wood burning fireplace in the living room as well! Very reasonable pricing, excellent product selections to choose from, and Jim makes sure you understand the process from start to finish. One of two certified National Fireplace Institute (NFI), in the area, they are true professionals, and just plain ol' nice people... Thank you, Jim and to your family as well. It couldn't have gone any better!
