⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an amazing experience at Cell Plug. Before coming here, I went to Best Buy and they quoted me over $700 just to fix my iPad 10. That was ridiculous. Cell Plug not only took care of the repair, but he also gave me a discount for all the trouble I’d been through. The customer service was incredible — friendly, professional, and honest. He got my iPad fixed in under 24 hours, and the quality of the work was perfect. The whole process was quick and stress‑free. I highly recommend Cell Plug for any repairs. He really looks out for his customers.

The cell plug was the most unprofessional experience I ever encountered. It was suppose to be a one day to order the part and a one hour repair of my iPad screen! After keeping my iPad Pro for over two weeks, numerous phone calls, even stopped by to enquire about the repair. The owner tried to give me someone else ipad, and when I clearly stated that this wasn’t my unit, he argues saying it was. Actually an employee had to correct him. Wow! I even paid 60% of the total invoice billing. To conclude this horrible saga, he taped up my iPad with packaging tape and gave it to me saying that he ordered the but came in wrong, then stated they could find the the screen for my iPad, which is only two years old. I took my iPad to Cellairis, they ordered the screen on 8-11-25 and called me 8-13-25 informing me that my iPad was repaired and ready for pickup! Just a slightly evaluated cost than the cell plug. Cellairis even replaced the screws that THE CELL PLUG misplaced/lost are just didn’t put back on! This is Not to down play anyone business, just to share my professional experience with the cell plug. Zero ⭐️
