This is our first time using 'The Brick Doctor. ' We have, in the past hired two different masonry contractors, (of Hispanic decent.) Although The Brick Doctor contract estimate came slightly more the our past two masonry contractors, I will always call The Brick Doctor , for any future projects. Why? First, The Brick Doctor is a solid business, located in Dover. Prior contractors used empty lots as for their headquarters. The Brick Doctor is the only contractor that offers a five year warranty. Others will offer one year. If you then try to contact them your call automatically goes to a recording . Most impressive was their code of customer satisfaction. During our work, we were repeadely ask if the work was satisfying. If needed, The Brick Doctor would go the extra mile and start over the whole project so that they meet customers expectations. The Brick Doctor would take the time and explain each process and ensure that the mason completed every detail to your expectations. Our prior contractors would intentionally take short cuts. The Brick Doctor did not take short cuts and followed all codes. The Brick Doctor did not destroy my property landscaping and followed up with with any minor corrections to my landscaping. My driveway was powered wash twice to ensure it's original appearance. The Brick Doctor respected my neighbors by not playing loud music. Most impressive was when they started the project, they would then quickly completed the project. (Our very first contractor put us on hold for over three months.) And finally, part of our project needed a new siding strip. The Brick Doctor drove hours away from his headquarters, outside the state of Delaware, to ensure he found the correct color piece. The Brick Doctor cost a little extra but it was all worth every penny.
