We would like to thank Josh R. for his hard work in a hot garage on an August afternoon. He repaired our garage refrigerator after we moved it to Boise. He was very pleasant, social, but above all an excellent repair technician for our frig. ADDITIONALLY, he rehooked our dryer vent with better supplies and he put a part on order so our washing machine stops acting wonky. He was delightful and a testament to the importance of repairing items rather than replacing them. It is much easier on the environment and the bank account and you are supporting local workers with families and bills to pay.

I was woke up at 4am with horrible sound coming from freezer. I unplugged & googled repair services in Meridian the next morning. Called The Appliance Company, since my freezer was not responding to settings & unthawing, this company got me in within a couple hours. I was so impressed with Justin & his knowledge, now have the most beautiful ice cubes instead of clumps of ice. Would highly recommend & have told/will tell all my friends.
