I have paid over $13.000 to Texas Quality Plumbing for repiping my house. They have not finished. I still have rough placing of pipe and a large hole in my garage tool room that needs attention. My wife and I submitted the final check after being roof and assured that Texas Quality Plumbing would finish their work. But as of this notice they have not. Please note the attached photos
Abel was my first contact with the company and he made scheduling appointments very easy and was very professional. Cedric was amazing, he explained everything that needed to be taken care and repaired in my home. He was professional, kind and understanding. He also did the job very fast and efficiently. I had a leak under the driveway and Texas Quality Plumbing sent Antonio to do the job. My house has pavers so he had to remove it to fix the leak . He was able to put four 90’s in and the job was completed. I am very satisfied with the results. He has the pavers put back to the original place. Antonio was very professional and courteous, he cleaned up after completion. The job was done in a timely manner. I highly recommend using this company.
Jocelyn did a great job explaining about replacing the water heater and what it all detail. Jose can to install the hot water heater. He explained to me the steps that he needed to do to install the water heater. He was so professional and very knowledgeable and polite to all of my questions and concerns. And also told me to make sure I get maintenance done 1 a year on the water heater. Thank you Jocely & Jose great service!
