These guys are awesome. I had foundation work done 20 years ago when we first bought our house. It was professionally done and their warranty is outstanding. I had one issue and they promptly came out to fix it. The house has been rock solid and has remained that way with no more settling. I could not recommend them more. Thanks Terratec!

Ron did a very thorough inspection and provided a detailed work plan and estimate for the installation of the piers and jacks. The work crew was timely and professional doing all their work by hand leaving everything as they found it when they started. Overall it was a very good experience for us.

Guys did a great job start to finish - Dwayne was straightforward about what was needed, didn't try to upsell me things I didn't need, was honest about what they could help with vs not help with and realistic about the process and costs. Scheduling was good, did the work efficiently, explained the process and results once they were done and provided follow-up to make sure everything was finished. Pricing was competitive and really good compared to some other contractors. With their lifetime transferable warranty, it was a worthy investment. Definitely recommend!
